As soon as your investment is confirmed your money is earning you interest. The most popular way is rolled up repayment. This is where all of your money and interest is repaid at the end of the loan term. However we are happy to pay monthly interest if this is preferred.

Before we discuss specific opportunities, we need to ensure you understand the process, to protect you according to FCA rules. Investment interest rates with J.A.K.S Developments LTD typically range from 4 - 8% depending on the amount and length of term.

Yes, but as your investment will be tied up in a specific project, we politely request that you give a minimum of three months' notice.
